1. Who we are

Bot2Not ("we," "us") is operated by Super Site Concepts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use bot2not.com (the "Service"). Contact: supersiteconcepts@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, and profile settings (plan, preferences).
• Content you submit: text you paste or upload for humanizing, custom voice samples, and generated outputs we store so you can view history.
• Usage data: word counts, feature usage, timestamps, error logs, and approximate device/browser info needed to run the product.
• Payment data: if you purchase a plan, payment is processed by our payment provider; we typically receive billing status and limited identifiers, not full card numbers.

3. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Authenticate you and enforce plan limits
• Send transactional messages (account, security, billing)
• Detect abuse, debug failures, and secure our systems
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI processing

To generate rewrites, your Input is sent to third-party AI providers (currently including xAI). Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not submit secrets, passwords, or highly sensitive personal data unless necessary.

5. Sharing

We share information only with:

• Infrastructure vendors (hosting, database/auth such as Supabase)
• AI model providers that process requests for the Service
• Payment processors for paid plans
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Humanization history and voice profiles are retained until you delete them or close your account, unless we must keep records longer for legal, security, or billing reasons. Error logs are retained for a limited operational period.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

You may access or update account info in the product, delete voice profiles or request deletion of your account by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection). To exercise them, contact supersiteconcepts@gmail.com.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our vendors operate. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to those locations.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy and will post the revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
