1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bot2Not (the "Service") at bot2not.com, operated by Super Site Concepts ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Bot2Not helps rewrite AI-generated or draft text so it reads more naturally. Output is generated by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee that results will be undetectable by AI detectors, free of errors, or fit for any particular purpose.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at supersiteconcepts@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Plans, usage, and payment

Free and paid plans include usage limits (for example, monthly word allowances) described in the product. We may change plan features or limits with notice. Fees for paid plans, if any, are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of text you submit ("Input") and text the Service returns ("Output"). You grant us a limited license to process Input and Output solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service (including abuse prevention and debugging). You represent that you have the rights to submit Input and that your use of Output complies with applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Create or distribute child sexual abuse material or exploit minors
• Commit fraud, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service
• Resell or scrape the Service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. AI and third-party providers

Processing may use third-party model providers (for example, xAI). Their availability, policies, and performance are outside our full control. Output may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
